Hello! I am a Speech Language Pathologist working at a hospital in Kingman, AZ. I am originally from Wisconsin – I completed my B.A. in Psychology at UW Madison in 2015. In 2018, I completed my M.S. in Speech, Language, and Learning at Northwestern University. I am the primary SLP in our outpatient clinic, but I also float between our inpatient and inpatient rehab facilities as well. My clinical interests include voice physiology and pathology, acquired neurolinguistic and neurocognitive disorders, fluency, bilingualism/accent modification, and cognitive-behavior therapy.

Emily Guttmann received her bachelor of arts degrees in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences, and Vocal Music Performance from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She went on to receive her master’s of arts degree in speech language pathology from the University of Northern Colorado. Emily studied and trained under Patty Walton and Mary Wallace, co-creators of the “Fun with Fluency” technique, and co-owners of The Center for Stuttering Therapy private practice group in Boulder and Denver, Colorado.

Working in the schools has given me many opportunities to connect with children who lack a male role model, while providing valuable services to a variety of students, their families, and educational colleagues.
